Welcome to LFC Donegal

Welcome to the official website of LFC DONEGAL. The Donegal Branch of the Liverpool Supporters Club was founded in September 1993. We have been affiliated to the Official Liverpool Supporters Club (previously known as the LFC International Supporters Club) since our establishment. Our branch meetings are held in various parts of the county (Station House Hotel, Letterkenny; Mac's Bar, Dunkineely and An Tuath Nua, Buncrana) where discussions will take place on up and coming trips, ticket availability and any other branch activities. All members and indeed new members are welcome to attend. 

The branch was founded to serve the needs of Liverpool supporters from all over County Donegal, and more importantly bring them together in support of the reds. Ticketing is only one aspect in what we do, we also hold various events throughout the season. Since January 2011 we have welcomed LFC legend Jan Molby to our club sponsors bar, The Cavern Bar, Letterkenny and in Feburary we welcomed the hit play, Beating Berlusconi, to the Balor Theatre, Ballybofey. Both nights were a great success. We also run a monthly competition for members as they try and predict scorelines from a variety of games. 

The branch also organises trips to Anfield each season and all of our members are welcome to travel on these trips. The committee will endeavour to ensure trips to Anfield are as cost effective as possible to our members and will research the market to ensure they are distinctly cheaper than the travel agent packages.                                                                                               

Members also gather at our club sponsors bar THE CAVERN in Letterkenny to cheer on Liverpool thoughout the season. This is a great location in which to meet fellow reds and to enjoy the match banter and big  game atmosphere.

A large percentage of our members are also members of LFC's ALL RED scheme. This allows members  greater access to match tickets and also is beneficial to the branch in regards to match tickets received from Liverpool Football Club. The closing date for applications for ALL RED membership closes on May 31st 2011. However it will be opening in June for the 2011-2012 season.
