Chairman Announcement
Our chairperson. Mr. John Doherty, has issued the following statement in response to requests that the branch received, inviting us to participate in a debate on the alleged Steven Gerrard reports, through the local media:
“The branch have declined all invitiations to comment on the incidents, relating to Steven Gerrard, that have been alleged in recent days. We would also like to reiterate our solidarity with the club and it’s captain at this time. I would also like to take this opportunity to wish to all our members in Donegal, nationally and internationally a Happy New Year . The support and dedication of our members to the club has always been outstanding. With your ongoing support hopefully 2009 will be a very prosperous year indeed.”
